Return/Exchanges

We would like to notify our customers that all sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be made. 

Damaged merchandise will be reimbursed as STORE CREDIT ONLY. Damages must be claimed and returned within 7 DAYS of the delivery date. A written request must be authorized prior to return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unpacked without original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return items must be in their original packaging unopened and must include original manufacturers’ labels and tags. Items that are worn, altered, or washed will not be qualified for returns.  We will not accept incomplete pre-packs and used garments returned to us.
